Miami Dolphins 5th round pick (#155) - Arthur Lynch TE

Lynch was on 2013 all-SEC team. Had 30 catches, 459 and 5 TDs in 2013.

that at least our 4th captain as well

4 team captains so far. Leadership for the looker room.

Still trying to improve protection. Hopefully Lynch can be a Fasano type player down the road.
I am a UGA grad and have seen them play in person probably 25 times in the last 4 years. Lynch is solid but pretty much has no updide left to his game. The comparison would probably be a poor man's Fasano.

So does this mean Sims is a wasted pick, I thought he was our blocking/receiving TE? And is Egnew a goner? No way we carry 4, right?

Can't believe the negative people on this board.
Have any of you actually seen him play.
I saw almost every game he played.
Solid pick.

Hickey is methodically filling holes. MIA needed a blocking TE to protect Tannehill and to better support the run game. Meet Mr. Lynch.

Solid pick.

If a pick isn't THEIR guy it is a wasted pick.

Lynch: "You need to be a good leader on the football field to have success and I have those qualities." #FinsUp

Omar Kelly ‏@OmarKelly 1m

"The tight end is asked to not just catch and block, but to understand the game of football," Lynch. "I think that translates to next level"

Andrew Abramson ‏@AbramsonPBP 1m

Lynch: Blocking definitely came a little more natural but I've grown as a receiver, I can do a lot of things fairly well.

Lynch: Leadership means everything, game of football has been monumental in my growth as a person, as a leader.
