Miami Dolphins Credo Shirt, where to buy?

First off you are not the only one in this thread that spoke out against those people that took issue with those that don't like the shirt. If you have served and don't take issue that is most certainly your right, just as it is his to take issue with it. I think we can all agree that there is a huge difference between someone who lives by that creed and the meaning is putting on a Kevlar helmet, strapping on his kit, grabbing his riffle and heading down range. Opposed to a village full of idiots, that are looking for something to save face because they got caught acting like clowns.

My thoughts are today what they were when this thread came out "roll my eyes and shake my head". They don't need a creed, they need to grow up, act professional, respect their teammates, and win. Ironically enough Cam Wake who was interviewed is the last one who needs a creed!

You say all of that....then make the creed your avatar?

That is great. I am starting the tradition of reading this before every game with my friends until we reach another SB.

Omg I literally choked on my drunk and it came out my nose! Can you blow this up and make it a little more clear? This is my new avatar!

If I made shirts with this on it, how much could I reasonably sell them for? That's the real question.

Well there is a guy that travels around the Suncoast Florida Gunshow circuit makes T-Shirts associated with current events. For the last year he has a black tshirt with an AR-15 on it that says "it's because I'm black isn't it"? He sells them out in first hour at $15 a shirt. So my guess is $15 with the right market.

If the shirt has the Dolphins logo on it, you'd probably be in violation of trademark. I'm not sure if "Miami Dolphins" is itself a trademarked phrase, but my guess would be that it is.

However, since this is clearly satire, I wonder how much you'd be protected by "fair use". Perhaps a copyright lawyer on finheaven could chime in.
