i've been drooling over our cheerleaders for a while but this years crop is exceptional.
Any of you guys know how to clean a sticky keyboard :ponder:

I was expecting big things with his move to the middle and being in shape for a change,
So far we've got discontent from an injured non facter.

Step it up son or be gone.

I was somewhat speculative about Philbin bringing in Sherman at first, but after this week's episode, I'm all in on Sherman. Talk about a motivator! He is giving these young players the tough love that they need. I loved the line, "There's no full-ride scholarships here"

Edit: Also, I'm pretty sure every team could have their own Hard knocks and it would be a huge success. Really loving the behind-the-scenes feel of this show. Makes me feel like I understand my team/organization better, which makes it more fun to root them on! :420:
 
I mean the more I watch Philbin the more impressed I become. I love this guy, don't get me wrong I think Sparano was a good guy, I imagine if you met the man he would be a standup guy with a good character but a NFL head coach he was not. Joe Philbin has done more to impress me in so many months than any coach since the Don! I'm not saying Philbin is Shula (huge shoes to fill) but his integrity and no bull**** approach reminds me of Shula's attitude for excellence.

I can only hope that the current situation turns out as well as the aforementioned.
