I might be wrong but most of the more successful runs came from the right side of the line.
Yes, the alternatives just aren't that much betterHow did Prince do? Didn't get a chance to watch the game. Any realistic chance that he could crack the starting lineup and be effective?
I think so too. I think he looks like a rookie so far, which is fine. Has his ups and downs. One thing to remember is he got a lot of time vs. back ups this game, but we'll see in the next game, when starters play more. We'll see a lot at all positions but Deiter will be one to watch for real improvement against starters. Even if he struggles more this game it provides learning tape for him. You are right, it is still pre season for a rookie and we have to remain patient. He's young...he did ok last night and will continue to improve.
True, but sometimes it's not so much holes as ceilings. Deiter is very good at literally everything, but he's not athletic enough or long enough to be great. He's not a guy with unlimited potential. Rather, Deiter is a guy who is very productive but not a special athlete. Both guards are rookies...neither is Nelson. Expect to take lumps while they play, expect them to have struggles. There are reasons these guys get drafted in round three or not at all, they have holes in their game. The hope is, the coaching is good enough to make them competent...competent would be a massive upgrade over the last 5 years.
Heading appears to be wrong. It's Deiter and in Wikipedia he's listed at 325 lbs of Wisconsin beef. Definitely not a dieter.
I really liked the pick and had high hope for him. Hopefully he plans out.How did Prince do? Didn't get a chance to watch the game. Any realistic chance that he could crack the starting lineup and be effective?
