Hearing that Malik McDowell is causing issues in the locker room. Not sure how true that is but it would help explain the lack of leadership they're infected by.

What's funny is that O'Connor for Sparty came out and said a Michigan DL came out and told him that Sparty kicked their ass. All of Michigan's DL laughed upon seeing quote.

But yes, McDowell isn't a bad dude, but he's more interested in the draft at this point. Sparty doesn't have the leaders on the team they have in the past. Also rumors are that D'Antonio is considering retirement. Dunno if true or not but apparently the season has taken it's toll on him... as has Harbaugh as he's now gotta recruit even harder,

Thought the score would be more of a blowout after last years ending. But a win is a win.

After rewatching it that game really wasn't that close. Michigan controls that game from the middle of the 1st until 8 minutes left in the 4th. Sparty put up a couple at the end to make it seem respectable.

Hadn't heard about Dantonio mulling retirement. I figured he'd get hired at one of the bigger programs where he can get better talent but the way this season has played out I think that ship has sailed. Losing Narduzzi and Cook has taken its toll.

I must admit, Wilton Speight is turning into a heck of a QB. His movement to elude the pass rush, decision making and cool headed approach are every bit as good as Ruddock got and then some. I dont think Harbaugh is to far off in the Heisman consideration talk but not this year. No longer a game manager.

Wilton Speightlisberger.

Speight has always had amazing pocket awareness and has been able to elude the rush, but he's no longer missing easy throws or throwing them short. I said it earlier in the year, but if Speight continue on this path, he's a legit NFL prospect

Kekoa Crawford is also a hell of a blocker. Kid is gonna be good (and as much attention as Eddie McDoom and Nate Johnson got late, Crawford was head and shoulders the best prospect of them)

Saw them starting to take McCray out for Devin Bush at times as McCray struggled a bit with containment.

They have got to get faster at LB. Bush certainly increases speed there. They also moved Peppers to help. Ohio State will eat that defense alive if Brown stays aggressive and they exploit that edge.

Anthony and Gay will be huge additions if they get them.

So yeah Solomon apparently is in love with Michigan and the staff but mama still needs convincing.

Lorenz mentioned again that Willie Gay was told what he needs to do to get into Michigan and the feeling is he's a kid that can make that happen.

Word is that Gwen Bush (Devin's mom) and Jennifer Coney (Rashan Gary's mom) were deeply involved in Solomon's OV. Both were with Mrs Solomon through the visit as was Ann Mattison. Michigan nailed the questionnaire she had and Mrs Solomon was very impressed. It's going to be come down to distance from home for her.

Hey, could you guys go ahead and beat Ohio State for us? And Washington could go ahead and lose to USC and Washington State.

Thanks.

Could see that coming from a mile away. Way too conservative after the late interception. Guess they aren't as good as touted.

That loss is a killer. Had they lost only to Ohio State they were in. Gonna be tough. With Speight out I get my desire to see O'Korn. Would have preferred it much earlier this year though. He did have a solid freshman year at Houston though.

I can't imagine Penn State winning the East but it's a real possibility.

playing at night in Iowa is tough but the team looked ill prepared shockingly. It'll happen from time to time. Too many mental mistakes

Saw why Speight is the starter over O'Korn. Like O'Korn's fire but he doesn't have Speight's poise... or arm really.

That being said, not overly worried. Indiana has played all the top Big 10 teams tough this year. Though gotta say, I'm shocked the playcalling didn't have the TEs more involved
