Mike Munchak fired because he refused to make staff changes

As it relates to turner: our RBs coach is worse, when it comes to blocking assignments and technique. Face it; our backs blocked like ****.
Turner got good efforts out of Brenner and Nate Garner. Ireland just buried him in crap. However, if Turner was a critical voice in our drafting and FA acquisition of O-line 'talent', then he should get fired too.
Jon Martin was the weakest, physically O-lineman at the combine, and this Dallas Thomas guy is very weak too. How hard is it to just avoid physically weak players in a position where physical strength is, uh, kinda important?
It's such a sick joke how inept Ireland is. Seriously, WTF does he measure talent with? Weak offensive linemen, DEs with bad shoulders, LBs who flat-out can NOT tackle and have terrible instincts and technique.
Man!

It's my belief that there are flaws in Sherman's scheme for pass protection. Just my personal thoughts and observation.

EDIT: :sidelol: they actually put a feature on the forum that changes "Mark S.anchez" to "Mark buttfumble"

I'm laughing so hard right now.

Noticed that too...I thought I had subconsciously written it...until I realized what happened.

The way the offense ended the year, there is not a team I can think of that I would be confident we could beat.

There is no scenario that should allow Sherman to not be fired. Let's remember the last 2 games. 7 points in the last 8 quarters. How can you not blame this on your OC? I don't care if Philbin doesn't like it. The tail doesn't wag the dog. Sherman showed ineptitude and at this point is retarding the development of our franchise QB. With his inability at converting short yardage, his telegraphing intentions with his go,go nonsense, his misusing of Mike Wallace by not moving him in the formation or putting him in motion, to not doing anything to slow down the rush against Buffalo like roll outs screens etc to his lousy designs in the rungame, his predictable playcalling and so much more. I'm not ready to forgive for the total failure of the offense with the playoffs on the line. This OC HAS to go!!! If Philbin can't deal with it he can resign. His passion on the sideline won't be missed. Now, as down as I am on Sherman I love him compared to Ireland. First order of business dump that guy once and for all. Look how the Chiefs turned things around so quickly just by getting things right. They had alot of talent last year when their record was awful. The Dolphins have some good talent also. Let's get a dynamic GM in here to fix the o-line, linebackers and runningback. Mix in the right OC and we're the ones going deep in the playoffs next year. Keep things the same and we'll be very lucky to finish 8-8 next year. I'm not satisfied with this boring, crap offense. The results we saw this year speak for themselves especialy in the final 2 games when it was urgent that we do better and just couldn't. No more, no way!!! New GM and new OC and we can be a team that's fun to watch and a team we can be proud of. That would feel damn good for a change. Guys, before you talk about scenarios where we keep Sherman remember those last 2 games.
