More conspiracy with the Patriots...

I have re-watched the Patriots/Dolphins game. Couple of more questionable calls in the 3rd quarter which helped the Patriots back into the game:

1. Deep in our zone, and the Patriots threatening to score we get called for 12 men on the field. However, when the announcers label 12 men on the field, they leave out the "5th number" thus we really had only 11? 5 yards for Brady may not have stopped him, but that's BS call.

2. Next offensive series for the Dolphins: Deep ball to Wallace is a clear pass interference that doesn't get called. Huge non-call which could have sealed the game.

I'm just surprised we didn't get called for a PI on the last series.

stop it, they miss calls every game for every team. You guys got away w/ 1-2 PI/holding calls in the EZ on the last possession. That's football, you won and move on.

nyjunk, I totally agree that there are multiple misses every game, without a doubt...but...those last few plays in the EZ were close and no more. They could have been called the other way sure, but that would have been some more ticky tacky calls and would have been total BS. Those plays, on a scale if you will, were far less PI than they were actually being PI. But hey, im not whining cuz we won, and your right about that. :hump: But you gotta admit that its awfully strange that they (Patsies) seem to get a LOT of calls. :oldman:

As I recall you were all warm and cozy early in the week and even had a few here extend the hand so you could cross over from the dark side into the light and then you go and make a bonehead comment like this...
And no one was more shocked than Fins Fan that the yellow didn't fly for Tom Terrific in the EZ but like someone else posted...he burnt that bridge the week before to get by the Browns.

I discuss reality, if that offends people I can't worry about that. I am not blaming officials, you guys earned the win but there are close calls every game and you guys shouldn't be complaining.

Never a more true statement...A blog is just that...a place to air ideas,thoughts,feelings,observations & the like. It always amuses me that even though many post just to say...This thread is this or that...They just joined in the conversation and by doing so actually +1 the conversation. In fact....they wish to get involved in the action and its the only way they know how.

Just to be clear though I'm no offended or affected in any real measure by anything posted here whether I think its + or -
The world has over a billion people in it and each one has their own thoughts about everything. Just so happens there are many here who see bogus calls and wish to discuss them. Not a problem as far as I can see...
 
I went on the Pats board and their fans were doing some major whining, saying this was the third game the refs stole from them. 1. The non-calls against us. 2. The non-call against gronk in the Panthers game 3. The Jets OT game.

The Jets one is the laughable one. First of all it was a legit penalty, how the **** can you say the refs screwed you by catching you do something illegal. Second of all that game never should have went to OT, the refs robbed Geno of probably the nicest pass of his career calling a phantom offensive PI in the endzone.
