Mort said that the Defensive guys have no faith in Aj Feeley and want JF to start. B/C at least they know he's a veteran and they know what he can/can't do.

That's why those guys play defense. Cause they know nothing about offense.

yeah I just saw that. I have a friend that travels with the team and he said that Wanny sounded like he was crying in the locker room and that he got the same feeling about the players and how they feel about AJ.

...i really question how Mort managed to get this information, and for that matter how true it is. It could be one of those quotes that get completley overblown as well.

Anyone who saw last years dolphins-redskin game saw that the team responded differently with fielder as qb

I think they have a bit more of a feel for what is better for the team, than you do.

I think he said sources inside the locker room for whatever that's worth. They will prolly ask him the exact same question on countdown tonight.

Maybe so but if they are so smart why aren't they questioning the o-line, where all the problems and solutions exist?

We need to stick with Feeley. That being said, after hearing about Sam going after AJ, it got me wondering. There were some rumblings that AJ isn't happy here, and he is a bit ****y. The combo of those two things may be turning some on the team against him. Combine this with the fact that Jay is an acknowledged gritty leader, and one can see a possible uprising. I personally hope we never see Fiedler as the starter again. We need to find out what AJ can do over a period of games, why not now? Why ESPN continues to have Jay's back, I don't know.

After coming from Philly he must think this offensive staff is a joke. He made comments about the coaches being confused.

Yeah, good point. Can you imagine coming from Reid's program, to the house of Wannstedt.

ESPN doesn't have anyone's back. Mort is reporting what the Defense is saying off the record.

I think its time to clean house and I mean from top to bottom. No cobb webb untouched.

This is Griese all over again...but worse.

Remember how bad the OL looked when Brian was under center while the same OL looked competent with Jay under center?

As with Brian, opposing defenses know they only have to send in the house down after down because AJ simply cannot deal with the pressure and is too immobile to evade the pressure...

Like it or not, Jay is the heart of an otherwise poor offense.

Madison and McMike going off on their teammates is only the beginning...

:shakeno:

A few WINS will cure this nonsense. We gave Fiedler 4 years, let's give AJ at least 4 games.
