With all the negativity this postseason, I would like to start a thread that is a little more positive and will hopefully bring back some great memories of the Dolphins, and remind us of some we may have forgotten.

My contribution to this thread has to be when we "unveiled' with wild cat offense against the Pats. When in the past history has there ever been a time when the Pats and Belichek looked so vulnerable! The Dolphins were in full control of the situation and Ronnie Brown was running ALL OVER them for TOUCHDOWNS.

That dominating win also snapped a 21 game win streak by the Patsies. Brown had FIVE TD's! ( one passing, 4 rushing).

Don Shula being carried off the field after winning the Super Bowl.

Terrell Buckley with a 100 yd pick 6 in Buffalo to seal the game. This was in the 90s and I remember running around outside right after in celebration.

Mine is similar, but it is Louis Oliver taking an INT to the house in Buffalo.

Mount Rushmore of dolphins moments (excluding Super Bowls bc that's too obvious):
Fake Spike, win over '85 Bears, TD to Fryar in Marino's 1st game back from Achilles injury, Leon lett game

Winning the AFC Championship game to go to Super Bowl 17 :kick:......then of course followed by my most memorable loss:boohoo:

Don Shula being carried off the field after we beat the Redskins in the Super Bowl. 17-0

It's hard to pick one, but I'll always remember the game they broke out the 'wildcat' and totally blindsided the Pats.. I was at that game, and of course I'm a little biased whenever they beat the Pats, living up here!

All the abuse Garo Yepemian took after Superbowl VII and that unbelievable attempt at a forward pass that he made. For those of you that are too young....

Despite all of Yepremian's success, many people remember him for an incident in Super Bowl VII in 1973. With his team leading the Washington Redskins 14-0, Yepremian was sent on to the field to kick a field goal with slightly more than two minutes left, which would have put the game out of reach. The field goal attempt was blocked by Bill Brundige, and Yepremian managed to get to the ball before any other player did. Instead of just falling on the ball to preserve the Dolphins' 14-0 lead, he picked it up and frantically attempted to throw a pass. The ball slipped from his hands and went straight up in the air. Yepremian then batted it back up in the air, and it went right into the arms of his former Lions teammate, Redskins cornerback Mike Bass, who returned it for a touchdown. The Dolphins managed to hold on to win, 14-7. Yepremian later joked to reporters after the game, "This is the first time the goat of the game is in the winner's locker room."

I was so mad at him when that happened. After we won the game.....all you could do is laugh.

PS. I also used to watch Csonka move the ball from one hand to the other so that he could hit the defender trying to tackle him. You don't see a fullback going into a tackle by throwing a forearm much anymore.

I was at both the Louis Oliver and Terrell Buckley interception return games. The T-Buck pick effectively ended Jim Kelly's career.

For me the big moments are(chronological order)

1. Beating Steelers in AFC championship game
2. '85 Bears MNF victory...this has resonated with Michael Wilbon big time...he's still bitter anytime the Dolphins or Marino are brought up, it's actually comical at this point
3. Rollin the Chargers in the '92 playoffs
4. Fake Spike against the Jets
5. '02 Broncos SNF win and the Raiders victory that same year...'02 team should've gone to the Bowl but Wannstedt was a crap coach
6. Wildcat unleashed game

Last was a game that the Phins did not play in but after this play I jumped through the roof
