9-7 or 10-6 ur on crack. i see a 4-12 record. and with a trade up to get Matt

You see through a dense fog on the face of the sea...
A fog that leaves you lost and weary.....
Misguided, and distraught you venture on....
you have no plan, but to see where you land.
With your true leder and king to thee...
Departed to the new Raiders of the sea...
Your vessel will be beat and tattered to pieces!
Tackled and shackled by gathering storms
Lost and weak it will all come to a dismal end...
Where you will be left alone with little to fend....
With the mast lost and nothing to catch wind....
the purple and gold will be foced to watch and see it on to the end...
Alone with none to blame....
Knowing that it will never be the same!
Just a leader that new when to say farewell!!!
He left a place that gathered no MOSS...
He left it with a little toss...
a one finger salute...
a rump in the end........
Off he goes w/ nothing to mend!!!!!
Now he will try to lead a shipwrecked group from the depths of hell.....
Only to realize the new frontier....
will smack him and crack him like never before...
leaving him lost and lonely and bitter and sore....
he may wish that the queens' were still his whores'!!!!!!!
Just to see that they both will be winning something like six or eight...
maybe 9, but definitely no more.....

The Queens have lost the most important player on the team, and the best back they had. They upgraded the D and that is no sure fix. Sometimes players do not gel. Burrelson is not 1/4th the WR Moss is or the deep threat that a team game plans for. That leaves a team the ability to blitz like crazy(we will see how pep does with that), play the run, and there is no safety valve in just heaving it up to the FREAK!

Isn't it interesting that we have 4-5 other teams on OUR forum talking about OUR team. Think about it all you non-finfans. . . if our team is so bad, why are you here? Looks like we have some pretty concerned teams. I mean to take the time to sign up on finheaven.com and become a member of another teams site you must be pretty impressed. I'll just say to all you Jets, Bills and Vikings fans that are on here. . . . .we don't blame you. We're pretty impressed too.
When does your new Ronnie Brown jersey come in?

well guys ive been think that if AJ dosent pan out (which i hope he dose and think he will) but if not i dont think we will be drafting a QB in the draft cause if brees dose good this year we will be going after him IMO if we have a say 9-7 or 10-6 season we will prob get to pick around the 10 spot and and matt will prob done be gone but if not i say we will still go after brees and take care of another area of need we will need someone to come in and start right away it will take matt 2 years to start 4 us and it will be 2 late 4 alot of our d players cause they will retire and i think brees will fit our offence well so what do you guys think do we go after matt and wait 2 years and (just maybe he could be a bust not saying he will be but could happen) OR DO WE TAKE brees i know he only had one good year but if he dose good this year ..what do you guys think???:D

If Brees does well again, we can forget about him. We'd stand a better chance at trading for Rivers, instead. Lineart will not be possible unless we're drafting ahead of last year !! ;)

If it's the same order as this year we'll have first crack at Leinart....

Superbowl? if that was to happen i think the dolphins would be the only team in history to do that? With Feely as your QB your team is never goign to go anywhere. U had a better chance with Fiedler.

If you are a real queens fan, than you should know better than anyone what this offense can do w/ talent like CC(and your CC C.Carter that is, believes Chambers will bust out like no other in this offense) and Gus throwing the ball. Gus played better than DC and I know that for sure. I live in Viking country, and a majority of the fans wanted Gus to remain the starter when Pep got hurt. The only reason he did not was b/c of the 100 mill DC had coming. I feared that w/ Gus and the way he and Randy connected, that they would have a legit shot to make a run to the SB.
Moss even has said he wanted Gus to remain the starter, and he threw a better deep ball than DC.

What gives, Gus leaves, Moss leaves and now they just suck b/c they changed to better colors than purple and yellow. I do not see it. Linehan would not have wanted Gus if he did not believe in him. The situation w/ AJ, well name 1 player in the history of the game that played on an offense that pathetic, and only had an average time of 1.9 seconds to throw the ball(compared to 5-6sec w/pep)that played lights out or even good. AJ played well for the circumstances he was in. Injured from being blasted on every play and he still showed promise. I am not huge on him, but I do see promise. All in all he was a rookie in a bad situation. He made mistakes,as does Pep, even w/ Moss and a great o line. The fact is I say Gus will win the gig if he plays like he did in Minny, and you KNOW that the O will be scary w/ Chambers,Booker and the real SUPER FREAK,BOSTON! If DBos stays healthy, there is no weapon like him that has ever played. 250 lbs and a 4.4 40. Exterme mass had an article on how the last time he was 235#'s he was consistant 4.2's. Moss runs a 4.4 and that is hauling a$$. Moss has better acceletration than 95% of the league but he is not the fastest guy on the field. D BO would be the fastest guy, the biggest guy behind the D line. Who can stop a monster like that? Well that is IF he is healthy! AJ was better than Fiedler last year!!!!! That is not saying alot, but it is true. The fiddler could only throw 20 yds w/ any zip, and he never hit a receiver deep! Things shoooould be better than last year just by coaching alone. this staff would have helped this team win atleast 5 more games last year. The fins were in every game in the 4th qtr, except the Jets game. The D was on the field for way to long in every game b/c the O was so conservative. That will not happen this time around , they will be fresher in the 4th. Thus allowing less on last drives.

We will see!!!!! Purple and yellow is in for a surprise w/o Moss and Smith! Bennet needs to stay healthy and Moe is the only one who has proven he can. Long cold winter in Minny on the horizon!!!!!!

I think the cold weather up in Minn has frozen your brain permanently. It has not evolved since you were 5.

Excellent post..you picked one area even phinfan can't fantom, and that's no time to throw..that changes the confidence and way a QB can play. P. Manning, Culpepper, Brady, Farve, Rosenburg, and all these other guys had time to pass..AJ and JF were injuried because they didn't get time and got hit over and over again.

I knew it, we should've kept Bledsoe. :shakeno:

Couple of draft picks will and might just get Brees out of SD.

WOW!!

A period or comma here and there might help. :)

I honestly, without rose-colored glasses, see us going 6-10 or 7-9. This is only because we have the toughest schedule based on opponents' winning percentage last year.
