thanks a lot nasty..I wonder why they practice at the far field..does it have the same dimension?

I think it is to give the close field a break... that way they dont turn the grass into dirt... just my guess...

One thing that Turk does is hold for Mare. Mare seemed to like him holding a lot better the Royals. Keep your dirty comments to yourself. j/k

Hey nasty great work. What's your take on Feeley improving on his touch on passes. He seemed to me to throw to many straight line passes last year. Is he showing more touch? It seems from the reports he doesnt have as many pick off potential throqws as he had last year. Is there any improvement in this year?

Nasty's Notes:

Sorry it took so long for me to post this... had to take the woman to a movie. Alright... Before I start, most of the practice was on the far field... WHICH SUCKS... because you can barely see anything. Especially because there is a big tent on the sidellines between you and the field that blocks half of it. So it is really hard to see much at all so I wasnt able to gather as much information as normal. Also wasnt able to watch all the people you guys wanted to hear about. sorry... I will get em next time. Now...

Before I start I wanna fill you in on some breaking news.... Matt Turk will be cut. You heard it here first. Not because Turk sucks or anything, because he doesnt. He did fine in practice today and has been very productive durin his carreer. However... This new punter kid (cant remember his name) we got that used to play wit Saban at LSU is a stud. Anything Turk did... this kid did better. Turk would be punting about 50-55 yards... this kid was punting 55-65 yards... just straight up bombing them. He had atleast 7-8 punts of 60 yards or more. Then... they started to punt em up high for hang time... and this kid can punt them higher than Ricky. I was using the second hand on my watch (not too accurate) but I had the hang time at 6 seconds on a few of em... Turk looked great... this kid looked better... and his contract is a hell of alot cheaper I can gaurentee that. Who knows... maybe Saban can get a draft pick for Turk...

OK...Today was in full pads. I am pretty sure Wright is now #95. I could be wrong. Either way I am pretty sure he was playing today.

Donald Lee caught 1 out of 2 balls thrown to him that I saw... the one he dropped was pathetic...

You should have added to the breaking news and said Donald Lee CAUGHT A PASS TODAY!! :D

So your saying that Shaw, and Wright switched numbers? Shaw was 95, short and husky, and Wright was 75, tall and not skinny.

As for your prediction, I suggest holding off on that until you see the new kid holding for Mare, because that is the key. Mare has to feel comfortable with who takes the snap.

I watched the kid, and he can put them up there pretty high, but that was on his own. When he faced the rush he kicked 6 straight out of bounds, and they were not good punts.

Oh yeah, let me suggest that you sit all the way over by the ramp when they use the far field. The view is much better. Or the third floor of the parking garage.

oh dont let me forget to say nice write up Nasty.

outstanding report nasty keep'em up

According to the official web site, Shaw is still #95 and Wright is #75. Last I looked finheaven's roster did not reflect this. There both guys are #75.
I would believe the official site over any other in this regard, player numbers.

 this guy flat out sucks. Unless someone kidnaps alex holmes, the backup TE spot is his.

BTW thanks for the report Nasty. I really appreciate it.:D

I really had no idea who was who... I couldnt tell which was shaw and which was Wright... I knew one was 75 and one was 95... but both 75 and 95 were out there so I atleast knew Wright practiced... I still dont know who is who... All the numbers are f**ked in terms of those 2... whatever.... Its all good...
