Just saw this one CBS' pregame show.
"Ricky's new deal includes a default clause that protects the team in the event that Williams fails to report, practice, or play for any reason including suspension. While Williams can earn several million dollars in incentives, he would be required to return bonus money and additional slary if he breaches the contract."
IMO, this new info further proves that Ricky's deal is truly performance-based. (I assume) The more he's on the field, the more money he makes. So if he gets hurt and goes out for the year, we save money.
Ricky is a different kind of football player. He wants to EARN his money.
