We know that there are several posts and even one poll about Coach Sparano's job. But this is the OFFICIAL FinHeaven Poll on the item. So VOTE Dolphin Nation and be heard!!

Has the team quit in Tony? Is it too late? Does he have to be fired to save the season?

yes. players quit on him, therefore the team can not succeed with him coaching on the sidelines anymore. its similar to the dallas situation last year. wade phillips was coaching as a lame duck, they let him go, and the team plays with fire and even wins some games.

i sense a similar situation if we get rid of sparano now.
 
He should have been fired in January.
 
Why fire him when you can just give him another contract extension?
 
Please fire him. The only thing I have to look forward to this season are the hot wings.
 
You fire him after the season. If he gets fired at all before his extention is up.
 
If he loses against Cleveland, you fire him. I would wait until after the Chargers game however (beginning of the bye week).
 
fire him at the end of the year, that way the next regime could make a draft pick
 
Let’s not fire him let’s look for another coach publicly not get him and give him top 3 coach money with a 10 year extension. Go fins they are a special team... Short bus special. LOL
