THIS season will have to be considered the worst in Jets history and ONCE AGAIN the Dolphins are the cause of our humiliation and suffering causing a THIRD HC in Jets history to get fired no less! THREE!

Well i was a die hard Jets fan since i was 8 years old. 10 years later and all they have done for me is disappoint. Im done with this BS. Im done with the Jets and im done with football. I would never root for another team so im just not watching football anymore. No matter how much money they spend, who they bring in and who they plan they always manage to lose. I went to the game tonight and Favre sucked! I'll still roam this board but im honestly done with the Jets.

Does anyone else notice how defalted the Jets have looked in this tailspin once they get down by even one score and God forbid two, especially starting in the SF game. You would think they were 3 touchdowns.

All this pain and suffering could have been avoided by trusting your instincts about Mangini being a loser. C'mon, in your heart you knew he was a tool right from the start.

1. With the loss the Jets get better draft position.
2. With the loss Favre's chances of returing next year are lessened.
3. With the loss Favre won't end up throwing more intereceptions than TDs (yes I know it was close).
4. Wth the loss Mangini has a better chance of being fired (I personally don't see this happening).
5. With the loss and after two huge mistakes the Jets might actually draft a football player instead of a workout warrior.
6. With the loss the Patriots don't make the playoffs (I know we don't love the Dolphins, but with Chad that have to be disliked less than the Patriots).
7. With the Philadelphia win the Jets won't go after McNabb and might actually groom or draft a franchise QB.
8. With the loss the Jets don't have to give up a second for Favre.

So really, there were lots of positive to come out of today's game.

To look on the bright side.....At least were not Detroit

On the bright side, Jason Taylor wasn't around for today's game.

Trading for Mr. All World QB Brett Farve to run the whole attempted buying of a championship show... $10 + million, and several draft picks.

Losing in your own stadium to the formerly 1-15 Miami Dolphins who's QB is the one your team discarded like a used tampon after signing the Big Apple heart-throb Farve... thus proving to everyone in the world that your just the SAME OLE JETS? ... PRICELESS!

I know you really don't mean that, how are Jets fans douche bags????? I would LOVE to see how your fan base reacts with 40 years of not winning anything. I believe we have what? 2 division titles in that time period..... We have some of the toughest fans in the sport, to be able to come back and root for this team year after year after all the the **** they put us through. This isn't even the first collaspe in Jets history. They had seasons like this, being on top of the world then falling.


I been on other teams boards and read what other teams fans thought and they say Jets fans are some of the most friendly fans to opposite teams fans in the game. Dolphin fans acting like Jets fans are scumbags is ridiculous IMO.



Just checked it. The Jets have 12 playoff appearances 4 divisional championships (2 AFC EAST Championships) 0 conference championships 1 SB title

Dolphins have 22 playoff appearances, 13 AFC east titles. 5 time conference champs, 2 SB titles...
Until proven otherwise the Jets are the ultimate underdogs EVERY season because they never had success since the late 1960s.
