Dolphins may not be so intimidating when you look at them....but in the animal kingdom,they are pretty Bad Assed. Any animal that can kill a Great White is pretty damned tough if you ask me. Leave our unis alone,unless we go THROWBACKS!!!

Oh no, they're making fun of the logo. Half the teams in the NFL have nicknames that are ridiculous anyway.

Cardinals - a bird. Louisville and St. Louis share the nickname also
Jets - I'm a big scary plane
Redskins - I'm an indian that will spear you
Packer - Perverted edition (fudge)
Bills - named after Buffalo Bill. Yeah, him.
Cowboys - Let's raise and buck broncos
49ers - Let's dig for gold yay!

Then you have the generic scary nicknames like the Lions, Jaguars, Bears, etc.

My personal favorites: Dolphins (they do live in the waters in and around Miami), Titans, Patriots, and Eagles.

So the standard is the logo in reality has to have the capability of killing people to make it intimidating and this somehow translates to a team's performance on the field? :lol:

#shoutout to the guy who thinks broncos are intimidating. it's a horse, relax.

I'd prefer a logo without a dolphin included, something like the new marlins "M". or just "D" in a atsthetically pleasing font.
 
I've always thought it would be cool to have an alternate uniform where our helmet just has a M on it like the one that the dolphin wears.

If you dont like the logo then get another team. I love the Dolphins. The logo is sick ,our colors are cool. Anyone that says otherwise they can eat one. If you are a fan and dont like the colors or logo you have a prob.
 
I like the black shoes they were wearing a few years back, especially with the white pants. I can't stand white shoes. It makes the players look slow on TV. Lol. Otherwise, I think they will continue with the current uniform and logo. Orange tops with white pants and black shoes should definitely continue to be our alternate. Sick!!!! At this point, I think Ross is much more worried about the product on the field than ANYTHING else. This coming from a guy who has been advocating a uniform change since I became a member here in 2004. Not gonna happen, but it should.

I love aqua and orange, but NFL teams adjust team logo from time to time:
- In 1993, Patriots changed from a patriot who's a football player to simpler image.
- In 1997, Buccaneers did something similar leaving Bucco Bruce for actual logo, while Broncos moved from a big "D" with a horse to a stylized bronco. That year we opted for the cartoon version of a dolphin used until our days.
- In 2005, Cardinals added fierce face details to their old red bird.
- In 2011, Lions added fangs and hairlines to the lion image.
- Finally this year, Panthers turned into 3D.
 
I think the Dolphins should either revamp the logo to something new like my avatar or go to a classic look circa 1984 (Marino record passing year) or 1994 (Marino comeback year).
 
My only problem with the logo is that I have always associated it with losing because I'm young. I've never experienced the glory days with the original Dolphins logo. If we changed our logo several years from now, we'd look back and say that was the one bad era of Dolphins football.
 
Sheesh, am I the only one who likes the Uniforms and logo??? I personaly like the all white uniforms jerseys/pants/shoes. Give me this every sunday!

I'm really surprised noting has been leaked yet of any teams uni's (as far as I know). I could tell you in January what Barcelona's and Man United's new kits would look like for next season, yet we are only a couple of weeks till the new unis are unveiled and no-one knows anything.

Fair play to Nike for keeping things hidden.

Not even a couple of weeks. They are set to unveil next week on the third.
