imo it will come down to 2-3. and imo i think ross will hire rob ryan. for some reason i think ross will make this move. ryan is a hell of a coach, and he would light a fire under this teams ***. and i would be down 100%. if he goes the experienced hc route i think it will be gruden. i would be happy with ether one.
does anyone else think the next hc will be a surprise, or will he go with someone with headcoach experience?

Lol I would think Rob doesnt want to join this train wreck of a team.

Looks like you want some of what the Jets got eh?

Dont blame you lollll

Ryan would be really interesting to see. Jets Vs Dolphins.... brother vs brother.

some one with a GREAT NAME -- a proven winner - like a john Gruden or bill Chowher.
Or a house name like a Rob Ryan coming buddy ryan family.
or you never know, maybe a promotion for Daboll or nolan.

when watching the jets vs dallas game i saw the fire rob brings on the sidline. then cussing the jets players out. so im down

The Rob Ryan selection is interesting to say the least. I could probably get behind that.

I'm just hoping for a competent head coach. That's all I ask. I can't stand poor clock management and play-calling. Bring in someone who doesn't screw up the fundamentals please. We can bicker over who has the better philosophies and drafting skills, but as long as they can manage a game competently, I won't have to be completely embarrassed every Sunday when my head coach makes bone-headed decision after bone-headed decision.

i dont want gruden and cohwer doesnt want this job.

As an organization that has whiffed on 3 inexperienced NFL head coach choices (Saban, Cam, Sparano), history could influence Ross to try another route for a change.

A coach that has created a winning tradition over a long haul would be wise- someone with a record of stability and consistency in winning.

After a gamble with this f.o., another gamble with an up-n-comer seems irrational.

Rob Ryan offers a good element of surprise. We need to get a coach that's beyond the good old boy network. We don't pay attention to guys that don'f fit a certain profile. This has haunted us since the Shula days and his conservative coaching. Its the sad truth.

We may hate him cause he's with the Jets, but as football fans we do respect what he's done with your team.
he is a hell of a coach. i may respect that, but not that team. i ****ING HATE THEM!!!
