NFL.com: Future NFL general managers

It seems as though there are some great choices in that group. With Ireland gone we can get a quality guy in here with actual ability and a vision to correctly build a talented roster. I'm starting to get a good feeling that Ross will land us a super GM. Now that he's come to his senses and dumped Ireland I have new respect that he really wants to get things right. He's got the cash to get some great things done. Boy, life is just better knowing that Ireland isn't here anymore to self implode the progress of the Dolphins.

Darlington, who is like the only reporter I actually trust on Dolphins news, said that it's not going to be Gaine. Interesting. I wouldn't have been opposed to that.
I'll be happy if it's not Gaine. I don't want anyone that is bled from the Ireland tree.

I've been pounding the table for Tobin since bully-gate.

Reason I really like Tobin:

Cincinnati's problem is very clearly NOT their roster. Good God, is that team loaded.

The most important part of any roster is the QB position. But I guess that isn't the problem in CINCI?:ponder:

It came out like a day or two ago that the Dalton pick was all Gruden. Owner wanted to take Kaepenick but Gruden was banging the table for Dalton and they decided to trust him and went Dalton. So it doesn't seem the Dalton call was Tobins.
