I'm giving you everyone in the whole draft who I didn't list. Let's assume Cam Ward, Abdul Carter, Travis Hunter, Mason Graham, Armand Membou, and Will Campbell are all gone. You can take anyone else. Who are you taking?

Yes. Fangio was all over DB's last year. Rumor is they are looking at Starks, if he drops. Fangio apparently loves him. But it's expected they'll draft an edge player in round one. They appear to love the kid from Boston College.
 
Abdul Carter is the only one in this class that I would have had to consider taking over Brock bowers last year.

That’s it.

That’s how much different I think the talent in this class is.

You have been saying Miami should ignore cornerback altogether. I don't think Miami should be taking a CB at 13 because the value isn't there, but Miami definitely shouldn't be ignoring the CB position like you have been advocating. There's a chance that the best value on the board at pick 48 could be a corner. Should Miami just ignore that and take a lesser player at a different position because you perceive that position as a greater need?
 
I'm waiting for an answer from @hoops and @PSU Cane on who are you guys taking at 13 if Ward, Carter, Hunter, Graham, Membou, and Will Campbell are all off the board at 13 and you can't move down?

So you lose this argument and then try to put words in my mouth, classic. If you read this thread at all, you'd see i said to draft DB late, in the 6th or 7th, just dont use high value picks on the position becuase historically speaking it hasnt won us anything.

They don't even have a sixth-round pick and taking one in the seventh round is basically ignoring it.

lol just kiddin. You sure are painting a worst case scenario for Miami (although it’s highly likely imo)

Not taking Warren, not taking Loveland. Not taking Barron, not taking Jalon Walker cause he’s a hybrid.

Not taking Will Johnson cause he hasn’t ran (unless he ran for me privately).

Probably come down for me to Jihaad Campbell, banks, Zabel, tet McMillan, Nolan.

If we trade reek tet might win out. If reek’s still here I might shoot for the biggest unknown upside and possible ceiling in Zabel.

But if I get sniffs that teams are pouncing on milroe in round 1 I might just swing for the fences and go there. Cause outside of dart I don’t think anyone has in the same ball park upside at qb that Milroe possesses. And dart comes from an offense reads wise that was well pretty remedial.

So yeah I might put my head right on the spike but that’s ok. I already know I can’t keep doing what I’m doing and compete with Buffalo any time soon. And really none of this matters otherwise. Like I can’t stress to yall enough status quo isn’t gonna do it.

You can add whatever you want in this class you aren’t denting the Buffalo separation any other way than a qb. Blame tbe oline blame the run d blame whatever you want.

That's my point. I think it's almost a certainty that those players I listed are gone at 13.
