NFL DRAFT & RUMORS MEGATHREAD

Top wr in his class for me. Dude loves himself but he can ball.

Fluid like aj green coming out.

I’d be interested if we dumped reek.
Absolutely not....hard pass.

Extremely talented, but the guy has been a problem everywhere he's been. He wears out his welcome faster than the 2 guys Grier is already looking to dump.

I think this is the most likely route Miami chooses to go in. DL, DB, OL.

If we wait until pick 98 to address IOL Jackson Slater is someone I’m hoping and praying will be available. Some other names I’d start considering there (depending on how many quality guard prospects are left) would be Kandra, Jalen Rivers and Anthony Belton (T/G potential). At least 2 of those would probably be considered a reach but that’s where we’d have to take a chance if the cupboard is starting to look bare.
I also think that if we wait that long to address this position we plan on doubling down with one of our 4th’s or 5th’s. If we can’t get someone with more certainty of being passably ready to start week one then we take an extra shot and create competition.

Starks leaves a lot to be desired in thr run game both angles and physicality. And I don’t believe coverage safeties move the needle much. Not enough to draft one high. There’s decent safeties all over free agency year after year
His lack of tangible athleticism would bother me less if it weren’t for the issue he has with angles sometimes. A bad angle limited recovery ability will absolutely get exposed in the pros.

I heard Denver wants Jeanty but that's a LOT to give up when they can have a guy like Hampton or Henderson much cheaper.

If it's for someone else, maybe it makes sense. But that kind of draft capital for a RB is highly unusual and would make a lot of people scratch their head. I'm a big fan of Henderson.

FH has a no spoiler draft policy right? Need to know before tomorrow night!

My buddy was at the draft last year and he said everyone there knew the picks with 5-10 min left on the clock. He said in some instances they knew the next 2-3 picks at a time. 😮

For me I don’t mind spoilers in movies and whatnot, but this is my Super Bowl and it completely kills the experience.
I had to put a few posters on ignore last year...

If I found a genie, I'd use a wish on the whole stupid running down the clock when they know who they're picking thing.

I think the answer is NO!

They will milk that clock for all its worth.

No future picks are considered as the next round so their 1st next year is worth the same as their second so 390 it’s 1680 for 1700 plus whatever Sutton is worth
No dude, you don't know what your talking about as usual.

Yup, I still remember 2 years ago. I was watching the draft coverage with Trent Green I think. I would start typing the pick in the Forum.

I got lambasted man. I got called every name on the book lol.

Little did I know, what I was watching was like 2 minutes ahead of what everyone else was watching. I had no clue why everyone was so upset with me. I spoiled picks 9-22 I think before the revolution started.

Haven't been the first one to type a drafted player since
😆 I remember that

Nope once again I’m right and just because you don’t understand something you think someone else is wrong lmao

It’s literally the rule with anything asset related. Nothing later is better than that asset up front. Money now is better than money later, picks now are worth more than picks later.

Feel free to break down any past trade, if you go by your wrong logic almost every trade will be over however if you use the correct way that the nfl uses it’ll be close.

You think Grier made the greatest robbery in nfl history and got 3600+ value for the 2200 over valued pick when he traded from 3 to 12? No he got nfl value when you take 12 which is worth 1200 then add the two future 1st at the next round rate gives you 2120. Add the 3rd for that year they also sent and it’s 2310. Grier got a little better value which will happen in a qb heavy draft but certainly didn’t pull a draft heist or anything.

You can post your apology here or dm me whichever makes you more comfortable and I’m glad I can educate you further on the topic once again.
Yea and I can find another article stating the opposite.

You're really flirting with my ignore list, just FYI.

Every draft is different, this draft is weak as ****, which means next years picks carry a bit more value. If this was a draft on par with 2024, you would be correct but it's not so the future picks value is adjusted accordingly.

lol go ahead add up any previous trade or trades from this weekend my correct value will always be closer

lwow so scared, imagine a grown man getting so offended by words on the internet. Funniest **** I’ll ever see in my life. Always cracks me up when guys can’t handle being wrong time and time again so they cry and go to their safe space?

Do you need a safe space Chad?

I've never seen a poster be so consistently incorrect about 99% of the things they post, it's starting to move from funny to annoying. You troll every thread like were a contender and you're just so off the planet of reality it's getting old quick.
