NFL Live pisses me off!

Regardless about the marino / young issue NFL Live is pure crap. That show is pure HYPE and no substance.

I stopped watching it and that is sad because I am a NFL fan and don't have the NFL channel but I would rather not waiste my time with their bs show.

As if Shawn "Ghetto Thug Homie Love" Salsbury isn't reason alone to cut that crap off. Old whiteman is down yo.

WTF are you talking about, obviously you missed the 1 hour special just about Dan Marino. There wasnt a Young special that I saw and I tivo'd the whole weekend for anything involving football.


There was lots of love for marino. Just cause NFL live didnt cover it doesnt mean espn didnt. Also the guys on NFL live work with Young so ofcourse they might toss a little extra love his way but the special ESPN ran on marino was great and it wasnt the espn classic show.
 
What pissed me off was that Sunday they made it sound like Ricky had made some NEW coments to the press. and that they were gonna show a clip from it. They also made it sound like it was new negetive coments. What it turned out to be was his first PC from TWO weeks ago!!! And the whole "why did you come back question and Ricky's WHY? WHY? answer.
They actually dug that interview up just to rag on RW weeks later?, unbeleivable.
Then when asked to rate the AFC east Salsbury picks Miami last, which is fine he's entitled to his opinion but mentions that even with Saban they will get better but will take a few years to get over THE LAST FEW YEARS OF LOSING. Does the man follow football? Did he check the Fins record over the past few years? We lose the starting RB, WR, and a patch work OL that lead to the first losing season in a decade and he acts like the Fins are the Bengals or cardinals.
What a hack.
 
Dan is the man

Let the networks or whoever say what they want, the support that was showed for Dan the man speaks so much louder than any reporters can. It was a virtual sea of aqua and white # 13 jerseys in Canton this past Sunday, a truly spectacular site for any Dolphins fan. I was proud to have been part of it.

LOL I already told u.

Think about it as an analyst

3 new starters on the O-line, 1 more changing positions. That means 80% of our line is new to the team or position
New HC coming from college- NFL history has shown this doesn't spell instant success
New OC and DC
75% OF OUR Secondary is new to the team while one will be a rookie and 1 will be coming back from season ending injury.
75% of our D-line is either new to the team, or a rookie.

Taylor, Thomas, Madison and Seau are the only returning starters on defense. 4 out of 11.

We are relying on a rookie RB who although has alot of potential is still a rookie and hasn't proven anything. We have Williams coming back who is arguably one of the best but he has been gone for a year. There is no guarantee he will be a stud again.

I could keep going. But this alone is more then enough reason for these commentators to expect us to finish last. How can u not see that. Do you deny any of the stuff I just said?

Listen as a fan I know Feeley is gonna be awesome, I am expecting 11-5 season and I know our defense will be top 3.

But how can u honestly sit there and say that what the commentators say doesn't hold water.

Seriously feel the pain Mike-o, you replied to, never said we were gonna have a bad season. Nor did I. But you get up on your high horse and seriously can't comprehend how anyone can think we were bad or are going to be.

Just for the record many analysts and experts picked the Phins to finish last in the East before Ricky retired and before Boston went down. I remember many 7-9 predictions.

Anyhow, I am tired bickering with biased opinions.

Time to enjoy the season and watch my Phins go 11-5.
