NFL officiating calls against Dolphins

the biggest call in the Pats game was correct though and you got outscored 24-0 in the 2nd half.

Baltimore I didn't see that particular drive but you had a chance late and failed.

Sometimes you have to overcome, in Atlanta late in the game we got a terrible call against us on a 4th down which would have ended the game, it gave Atl a 1st down and they scored to take the lead but we overcame going down the field for the GW FG. Sunday late in the half a terrible non call which would have set us up at the 1 but we overcame when geno ran it in.

Why do people even acknowledge when jets fans come in here and talk nonsense.....if everyone just ignored when they posted, they wouldn't come around....just a thought.

yes, we should ignore our best posters and pay attention to someone like you who doesn't contribute. That should do wonders for the board.

Again, come down off that high horse of yours. Just because you have a high post count does NOT make you a good poster. Not by a long shot.

It seems that each and every year, the Dolphins get screwed by questionable penalties or blown calls. Against the Jets it seemed like every major penalty was against our team. The refs also missed some painfully obvious ones. The play that really stood out for me was the pass attempt in the end zone where the defender (I think Milliner) hit the receiver early. I also saw multiples times where Wake was held but there was not a penalty. Another play, a referee threw a flag for pass interference against the Jets, but after huddling with the other referees decided that the play was not pass interference. Replays showed that it was clearly pass interference. I am not trying to excuse the poor performance against the Jets, but instead to point out that the refs made it extremely difficult to even have a chance in this game. These calls likely didn't change the outcome of the game but there have been several games where the officials questionable calls have affected the result of the game. I know that we aren't the only team to get screwed this year. The Steelers lost a chance to go to the playoffs because the referees missed several blatantly obvious call in the Chiefs vs. Chargers game. The league needs to make these referees accountable for bad calls. Defenders get fined for "illegal" hits and so why are referees not held accountable for their bad calls?

Seriously??????????? I thought I was on a Dolphins forum but apparently I took a wrong turn to Patsfans.com.

If you don't complain then it will never get fixed. The OP s correct. Since there is no accountability teams losing games or
even missing playoffs will continue.

Lol @ you thinking fans complaining has ANY impact whatsoever! lol!

I for one don't understand the consistent lack of calling offensive holding against Wake. It appeared to me he was being held 2-3 times a game and it wouldn't be called.

There is only ONE team in the NFL that should complain about the officiating at this point and that is the Pittsburg Steelers.

The officials actually did cost them the playoffs.

Missed calls are missed calls..... Whatever it's human error. What makes me nuts and it has happened multiple times this year is when they throw the flag and then decide there was not a penalty....WTF did they throw it for then..... Always seemed to go against us too. Never in our favor! That makes me crazy!

There is no conspiracy against the Dolphins. You just notice the mistaken calls against us more because our team barely gets by. I'd be willing to bet the elite teams get just as many "bad" calls against them, but they are always playing so much better than their opponents that it gets ignored more often than not.
