NFL teams experience murder, drugs, rape, but Dolphins lack leadership?

Just glancing through that, it looks like we haven't had an arrest since 11/26/12 with Jonathan Amaya, but maybe I missed it.

He was not asked to harass Martin he was asked to toughen him up....there is a HUGE difference.

Agenda driven dribble.

The coaches asked Incognito to "motivate" Martin....the fact that they chose Incognito shows they have no clue about the personalities on the team which shows lack or leadership.

Getting great amusement from the narrative some are spinning: that the media and public are the ones who are hurting this organization.

As if its a bad thing that our culture comes down hard on potential discrimination. Right.

Just because other organizations have psycho's doesnt excuse our psycho. Our coaches and Incognito created a hostile work environment. Not only is that against the NFL's rules, but it can be argued it was against the law. Deal with it.

How many players are waiting to see how much money Martin is going to get before they come forward saing that they been bully by his teammates

Aaron Hernandez murders people, Big Ben rapes people, but Dolphins should fire their coach/gm/everyone because of a text message and voicemail by 1 player?

Take a look at the NFL arrest records and tell me who lacks leadership?

The difference is when a player rapes or murders someone they are making a personal decision to do so outside of the football team....when you have teammates abusing other teammates that's a leadership problem....Listen to the Steelers Palamalu talk about how he was treated as a rookie, he said the older players took rooks under their wing and made sure they had what they needed outside of work( car, a ride to work, place to sleep etc....) to help them get better at work sooner.....and now the older guys do the same, that's the tradition they pass along...that's the difference between wanting to win super bowls and doing everything you to make it happen and it starts from the ownership on down.....

The best thing that will come out of this is Ross will put a stop to this old practice...

So your saying that this type of stuff doesn't happen in one of the most successful and stable franchises in the NFL...crazy....

not sure what is "too late". i might understand, if the locker room was divided. but everyone in the dolphins locker room seems to be on Richie's side...

And that's the problem....they didn't see the problem as it was happening and when they look back they wouldn't change a thing....If we had one veteran starting OL who could of kept Cog's in line and or be someone Martin could have felt comfortable to talk too, we wouldn't have spent the last week talking about this.....

Of course it does but you can't blame leaders for the actions of teammates once they leave work......I hire lots of people to work for me, I do what I can to get the most out of them while they are at work, If they leave the job and commit a crime I am not a poor leader because of it. If they are creating a disturbance at work and I can't or won't fix and it effects other workers and or performance or the team as a whole. then I am a poor leader.....

When it comes to hazing the other teams with strong leadership draw a line and keep it fun or at least know who can take it and who can't....

The Dolphins should fire their GM because he sucks as a GM.
7-9, 7-9, 6-10, 7-9, 4-4 and heading towards nothing special

like i said before Tebow is not a NFL player, he doesn't use drugs, rape women , carry guns, sell drugs, beat women, shoot themselves, carry knives, get into bar fights yes he is no NFL player.

that's all hearsay. no one knows if martin would have confided in anyone, and if anything would have changed.

The NFL will have a murderer who will be a future Hall of Famer (Ray Lewis), a raper (Roethlisberger) that has been a Super Bowl MVP, One of the best linebackers ever that has commited suicide (Seau) because of hits he recieved on his head while playing the game, a coach that has been put on EVIDENCE of CHEATING (Bellichik) whom by the way has not suspended a SINGLE game, and he will also be a future Hall of famer, but now.... because of this Bull******* a player is suspended, and coaches are in risk of losing their jobs????? seriously????
