3-1 in december with the opportunity to get to 4-1 to close out the season and that's not a team peaking??? all i know is we are playing good ball overall in the month of december for a change and have a week 17 game with something actually to play for that we didn't just luck into like 08...

First of all, you are as negative as I am in regards to the GM and at times the QB. Keep up with your pictures though.
I am shocked you do not agree with me that the picture of a 4-1 record vs. 3-2 are so stunningly different for this franchise.
Lastly, this game is epic for this franchise. It is biggest in years. To not win this game will be a huge setback for the Fins.
is it your life mission to just bitch about Philbin anymore?

I think you are right that I too hard on him. It is just my take that if he was just a bit better, this team would be in the playoffs. He gives no intellectual advantage on game day. I do not think he is a motivator. I DO think he even keeled which helps during troubled times, but at the same time, when the team needs to dig down for something, it is not there with a leader like Joe.

Clearly there is a difference between being a little too hard on him and actively seeking to blame anything and everything on him at every opportunity just because you wanted a different head coach two years ago.

For a while I thought maybe he was just superstitious and keeping up with some reverse jinx vibe until he bumped those posts after the Buffalo game proving how right he was. SMH.

Your interpretation of "negative" is my interpretation of sifting through things that can up end our team on game day.
Is it not true that:
* the Jets can bring pressure and the Fins' pass pro is bad?
* the Jets can pound the rock and the Fins are awful at stopping the run?
* throughout the league the team that is "out of it" has been playing well vs. the team that has "something on the line"?
If these issues are not figured out for Sunday, Miami is done.
I betcha in the meeting rooms of the Fins, they are talking about solving these issues. Why can't we?

I just think you're overly negative about every game and it just gets old after a while. Just like CRAZYDOLFAN305 thinking this team will be 16-0 got old fast.

BTW, I will be so disappointed if the team drops their game tomorrow. Likewise, I will be over the top, fired up if they win.
I simply like to ID what could be issues to stop our team as opposed to waving pompoms or talking smack about the Jets.
