Holmes is a far superior blocker, which is vital in our system. Jackson has become a 1st rounder not off his year last year, which you could argue was a product of the system - just 10 yards a catch - but off his Combine. Holmes has been more consistent over longer.
I'll give you the better blocker. The 10 ypc is the product of the system, Meyer's system rarely includes the long ball. Injuries caused Jackson to be the main target even more than he was in the first place for defenses. Plus, this was his 3rd offensive system in 3 years, not much room for consistency.
