Hey all dolfans! I ****in love the phins and im sure all of you do too. Lets make that stadium loud this year. i mean im from the burgh and have been to games in Cleveland, Kansas City and Buffalo. Those are all loud stadiums i mean pittsburghs is just insane too. I love the fact that you literally can change plays on third downs and have lineman false start or recievers run the wrong route. Loudness causes chaos. From weak one we need to change the attitude in South florida. I know it wont happen but just wanting some hardcore dolfans opinions

god, if i lived in miami i would be right with you man, im a die hard fins fan and we used ot be very loud at the stadium but it went down last year to some boos, things are much more positive this season so that should help alot, but i agree lets pump up the volume:D

I've been saying this for years. Good luck.
You're from Pittsburgh? I think they have some of the best football fans, every home game has sold out for the last 20-something years. The fans are loud and they wave that terrible towel, truly a proud football town. We, on the other hand... have a million lukewarm fans who walked away from football the same time Ricky Williams did, because in their mind the team just wasn't anything without him.

If you've ever been to a game in Buffalo you know what loud really is.

you could have the greatest fans in the world, the way that stadium is set up it isn't made for a super-loud crazy atmosphere.

Move the stands closer to the sidelines. Lower the endzone seating a bit, and do some other fan-friendly things and then maybe, just maybe you will have a better atmosphere.

yeah ive been to 2 fins vs bills games up at orchard park( more like over at) and its very loud there, not the loudest in the league but i think its louder then dolphins stadium, bills have some crazy fans lol

dude, i knock heads every year at dolphin game. Lets all meet up and buy out a section or at least try to. You can count on me yelling till i have no voice.

The Fins have great fans. The problem is they are living all over the country. So.Fla has lots of mixed loyalties due to all of the transplants. That being said, the real problem is the configuration of the stadium plus a class based seating structure which promotes the corporate class to come out and do business. I've said it many times, but when i was a kid the Orange Bowl absolutely rocked. It was easily in the top 2 along with Mile High in Denver. I remember being at that monday night game against Philly, when Jaworski couldn't call his plays. That was awesome!

I just hope that if Wayne goes through with his stadium renovation plans he moves the seats closer and changes the configuration. We lost a competitive advantage when we lost the Orange Bowl.

I support your spirit though. If we could get the stadium to the level that it reached when we beat the Colts in the Lamar Smith 209 yd OT playoff game that would be terrific.

dolpfan4life im with you man, ill be in 429 screaming until my throat bleeds every home game man.

The best is people always get extra drunk at Fins games, Bills and Finfans...so then you can look out and see a seas of people, and every so often you'll see a bee line of bright yellow security coats...if you turn your binoculars on the spot they are headed you can usually see some great drunken fistfights.

i was just a youth when my mom got into a fist fight at a bills dolphins game....gee...it was truly a wonderful moment in my life

I honestly believe tha tit's a climate thing. Aside from Oakland, look at the laid back SF and Fins fans even when they have great teams. Then look at the insane loud fans in Cleveland, Pitt, Buffalo, GB, etc. where it's often cold. Maybe because you have to be die hard to nearly die freezing during a game. In Florida, it's nice to go out to a game, even if you are only mildly interested in football.
Could it also be a blue collar working town thing, vs. a more affluent area? That would explain Oakland being nuts and SF for example being laid back. Are blue collar workers more animated football fans for some reason?

I know one thing, I'll cheer so loudly this year that you'll hear me all the way from Nova Scotia!!!!

Well I can only speak for myself, but there isn't a day after a home game that I am able to speak very well. The biggest problem is the people in the lower level. I've had season tickets in 429 for 10 years now. Most people are pretty loud up there. But I have sat in the lower level for a few games and been told by the peolpe behind me to sit down so they can see. My response has not been very nice and needless to say I didn't sit the rest of the game. Also, the PA announcer (Kenny Walker) doesn't do much to fire anyone up. And one more thing about the stadium, they never show replays on the big screens.

The Best Stadium Ever!!!!

I say it time for a new stadium or a renovation. We need a partially raised or retractable dome roof. This is for the rain, it seems like every Baseball and football game during the rainny season is a killer. Another good thing we could have in our statdium is a Aquarium, nothing to big, but noticed. Bring Flipper back to the Stadium. That would be sweet!!!
