Over reaction as usual. Ross IMO is a fan. A big fan and wants nothing more than to win.
This is the problem. He is a fan of the Dolphins and let's his heart get in the way.
 
I'd rather be pissed at the Dolphins like all of my brothers and sisters on Finheaven.

I think these guys are competitive enough that they don't like losing at anything and winning will make that pile of cash they rake in bigger. Ross just does seem to be able to make good Football decisions. Why extend coaches/GM during the season? Its not like they are going anywhere.
 
I want stability, I don't want anyone fired, this is madness, we just hired Philbin and his crew 2yrs ago.....we have to see this through, Ross hired Philbin for a reason, give the man a chance, if he wants to keep his OC then he should be able to keep his OC.....the same thing happened to Sparano, his choice for OC was forced to retire then we had several other changes in the coaching ranks and things went south from there.....we will never have a winning franchise with all the moving parts.....suck it up!!!! you wanted Philbin now stick with him......
 
Personally I am fine giving Philbin another year - I am not a big Sherman fan but i agree that Philbin most likely wont fire him. I just think Ireland has to go....He has had plenty of years for this with the results changing very little.
