Elam is the only one that even approaches being an avg player. Coleman has bounced around the league with like six different teams. I do not think Ratliff is even in the league anymore. That was supposed to be a great trade. If the Jets were not as inept as they were it would a win for them and another in a long list of fails for the Browns. You want this woman to lead this organization? You have got to be kidding! And the author is proud of it.
