Browns were competitive this year inspite of having major QB issues and limited offensive weapons outside of Josh Gordon.

Were they? Or, does the record only count when its the phins?

Philbin may not be the full problem in Miami but he doesn't seem to be a solution either.

Maybe getting rid of Philbin isn't the right thing to do at this time but the fans do deserve better performance on the field and just want Ross to make the right decision(s) in that regard.

One thing for sure though is that Philbin's coaching style just doesn't inspire any confidence or motivation. Personally, I rather not look at his 'lost-deer' look for another season.

On a major tangent; Explain to me why Ups is still in business? They have to use the Hubble telescope to get a glimpse of mediocre.

They are the very pinnacle of inconsistent & disorganized.
