Now, anyone missing Ricky and Ronnie?

Too much cognitive association so for me it's better that Ronnie's gone. Nothing against him personally, he's a good guy, but I know just laying eyes weekly on that part time SEC running back, a painful vision of AAron Rodgers holding up the SB trophy would flash before me. .

Ricky nor Ronnie were the answer. Same as here, do a few things first few games and then go into the dumper. Need a RB and bush is not the answer to that.

just put johnson in there and run it up the gut on short yardage situations thats why he is signed. he has a whole week of practice this week to get his sh*t straight. if they dont use him this week then they are complete airheads. why sign the guy?

hey uhhs here...your boy incognito at left guard looked awesome monday night...good show

Uh, have you ever heard of the term " asss clown " ? Am I supposed to like be hurt or something at your statement ? LMAO, better then you have tried my man, far better then you. You ever try to move Albert Haynesworth and Wilfork around ? Guess Henne and Pouncey opened the hole where he ran for a TD all by themselves. Look at some film before you even attempt to make a snide remark my man. Each time you post , your ignorance of the game is exposed . LOL, you are entertaining though.

Ronnie was one of my favorite Dolphin players. That said it was time for both to go. We have a totally revamped offense. I am going to give Daniel Thomas a chance. I also believe Larry Johnson can do everything Ricky or Ronnie can do do at this point of their careers.

Loved the game Daboll called except for a few of the red zone calls. The calls were the problem (and blocking)

dude please stop with the Ricky, Ronnie BS........ Our Oline is the problem. It doesnt matter who the running back is when your getting hit in the backfield or at the LOS your not going to be effective. Bush has played very well for us so far and brings something to this team that we havent had since Ricky first got here. He runs well enough and catches the ball way better then either one of them can. Fix our oline and bush will look fine running behind them. They drafted thomas cuz they think he is a ronnie clone. And i was a big ronnie guy at first until i realized he is overrated and doesnt run all that well anyways. Our team is slowly moving to a pass first team and bush fits that role perfect. Fix the line. There is a reason shotenhiemer (redskins coach) can plug any running back behind his line and scheme and they look good.

no matter what As a runningback Bush is not in the same league as Williams

and you're still defending it...figures...good day

Not sure it would have mattered who we had back there at RB on those goal line plays. The RB would have had to push through our own o-lineman and the defender to get to the endzone. Our o-line did not even open up the smallest crease for a RB to try to slip through. Not saying we shouldn't have tried again though, but...

No. Who was it that we were supposed to be missing when those two weren't effective last year?

Incognito was horrendous! Watched the tape and can confirm it. No one is easy to block in the NFL, no excuses for the fat man baby. He got raked. On that note, it would have been nice to have Ricky back. Imagine having Ricky, Reggie, and Ingram in the stable...

Oh yeah, i miss ronnie dancing in the backfield for a one yard gain. That would have made the difference!! We could have won the game!!!

I will always miss ricky though. :(

I don't miss them at all. They don't fit in this new offense where the running back is a primary target in the pass game, creating matchup problems in space. They would be situational players at best, and we brought in DT for that. Even with Thomas healthy, I don't think we would have seen too much power running Monday Night; we played from behind most of the game.

I wish we still had Ricky and Ronnie and then added R Bush.

Anyone that does not think we are missing them should read about how we are trying to find another running back but we can't find one.

We had two birds in our hands and now we can't find one in the bush.

I was hoping we would bring Ricky back--we had every oppurtunity and then some. So what, if he offended Sparano and his pride. Ricky was right anyway.
