Ok. Schedule's out, and we have 4 PrimeTime games. We have numerous games that should, or at least could, be the major game in their time slots.

I've had Sunday Ticket for the last 4 years. I don't know if I could live without it. But given the price - which is outrageous - Is it worth getting now that we have so many games that could be in the national spotlight?

Keep in mind I live in between Panthers and Atlanta's markets, and we play AT both of those teams. I plan on attending one of those - and that Carolina on a Thursday night is definitely making lick my chops.

Just wanted some input and opinions. I know I still have awhile to decide. I am stoked about this schedule!

Sunday Ticket is always worth the $. I'm looking forward to it even more this season now that I've upgraded to the 46" LCD and hi-def.

Definitely still worth it for me. Yes we have 4 prime time games, but there are still 12 other games. I have seen every Dolphins game since 2003 because of Direct TV, why would I give it up now? Yes, the price is steep, but it is very much worth it.

Well for me it mabe worth it. I live in chicago and they black out all games when the bears play. I will prob. only get to see the 4 games. I just wish Directv would change the sunday ticket to be team specific. I dont want all those other games!! I still think it worth it for me but you may get to see more games then me.

Every year I go through the same thing and every year I pay the money. This year there is no doubt as I haven't been this worked up after last year in a really long time.

One thing in looking at the schedule is you could pick it up after the bye as it seems between your local and the primetime you would only miss one or two games and then you at least have an excuse to tell the girlfriend/wife/kids why you have to go to the bar.

You guys are probably right. I dont' know that I could live without it. Of course, I also bought a 52" LCD HDTV last year, so I know what you mean. And to be honest, as much as I'd like to go to that Panthers game cuz it's Prime Time...well, I do have a much better view at home, and without the traffic and lack of sleep. This is gonna be a tough decision!

I think it's worth it..that way you aren't stuck going to a bar every Sunday or having to follow on GameTracker.

I used to feel the same way but it is really getting expensive. PLus they just inked the deal to extend the exclusive contract until 2012. It's going to be $260 this season for returning subscribers. So knock-off the 4 prime-time games, that leaves 12. That breaks down to about $22/game. Still well under my $30/game break point but inching closer every season.

Most sports bars in CLE are hators of other NFL teams. You're somehow being "disloyal" to CLE if you're not watching the Browns. Even if you're from another NFL city, it doesn't matter. Ironically, they pretty much have to have the Sti'lers on, otherwise they'd be half empty. There's kind of an unwritten law with some managers. You have to keep spending $$$ or they'll turn you game, even if nobody asked them to. There's no nursing your beer, that's where the $30/game break point came from.

The ticket is worth it. Just being able to see all the games (not just Phins games) is a good deal. I can't get it where I live b/c I dont face the South but next year when we move, I'm going to certainly re-up with the Ticket.

I will pick it up for sure if the rumor is true that you can now buy Sunday ticket for online us only. Hopefully the price is a little bit cheaper.

I dont have it and I am thinking I have to breakdown and get it. Plus for me, Comcast subscribers will not get the NFL Network come May 1, so unless they NFL makes a deal with someone else like ESPN (it has been talked about) I would only get 3 Prime time games.

I just go to the bar to watch the games. Their is nothing like having a few beers & talking junk to quite a few fellow football fans. Especially fellow AFC East fans. I definately enjoyed giving the Bills fans a hard time this year.

Are you kidding?
What do I do for the other 12 games? Go to a bar and spend $30 to $50 a game.
