Now Surtain Speaking Up

Yeah and that's the wrong organization to want to emulate.

So we need Tannenbaum to fail here like he failed in New York before we call him part of the problem? Is this anything like holding on to Jeff Ireland for 6 years before people we're finally convinced he was terrible at his job when some of us saw it by year two?

Lol, yea probably.

Don't get me wrong I'm fine with cleaning house including Tannenbaum. But you simply can't expect it with this owner. Energies are better served trying to get Ross to sell the team, because until then he's going to hire the guys he likes/wants and yes, give them adequate time to fail.

"Shoeless Joe Jackson"

meet

"Clueless Joe Philbin"

The only redemption for him now until the day he is fired is a undefeated run to WIN the Super Bowl...Period.

LMAO at the guy saying first Sherman now Lazer...at what point does it become Tannehill's fault....how about when our offensive line doesn't suck ass?! Duh!

The Dolphins knew Philbin wasn’t that kind of coach when they hired him, and his sense of balance seemed the appropriate move after the bluster of Tony Sparano. Now that the Dolphins are underperforming, the pendulum is swinging the other way, and people want to see a guy yell and scream.

See, this is where I think a lot of teams err. They hire a guy with one style, and he doesn't work, so they replace him with the exact opposite. You know, you can do things in degrees. Instead, they go to the opposite extreme, and that fails, and then they go back to the other extreme ... it's a vicious cycle.

Sometimes, it isn't even a matter of the style at all. Sometimes, the coach just doesn't connect with his players.

Sometimes it isn't the method. It's the man.

So what you're saying is we should hire a guy who has never even heard of Powerpoint. :ponder:
