Now that all the top WR's are off the market please explain to me the backup plan?

The grand master plan:

isnt it obvious that we have no backup plan...irish and droopy ross love nothing more than to create more and more holes on our roster...i think ross was a mole planted here by kraft, the pats owner...

would you guys give up our 1st overall pick for wallace?

i know it sounds like a lot, but is it really?

we need a playmaker at wr, he is very young and talented, also proven, and if we were going to select a wr at that slot anyways, mike wallace is prob better than floyd, jefferies, or any of these wideouts. obviously if we could get blackmon id rather that, but i doubt hes their by our pick.

what a brutal ****ing day.

I am baffled...unless they have a trade for some WR not a FA in mind. They arguably do not have a legit 3 WR on roster. When I saw the BM trade I thought the other shoe was falling immediately. Thought it would be Garcon when it happened. They sure know how to kill enthusiasm. Very disappointing day. They must do something soon.

Ireland needs to stop screwing this team over. I was on the fence prior to today, but it is clear none of those idiots have a clue what they are doing.

Wayne is off the market too... if we're keeping count.

A "plan"... maybe that's what we need to trade for/draft/sign- never thought of it that way before...

Jersey me Flabberghasted with the #69 as I'm not sure which way I'm turned nor whom is in my mouth.

Better figure out who's available with the 3rd Rounder from Chicago!! :rimshot:

you go get wallace you pretty much give up on your 4th round pick from a year ago ever becoming anything more than a damn special teams returner...cause what mike wallace is is what we want edmund gates to be...the vertical playmaker

as for justin blackmon fellas forget sniffing that...that 4.46 official locked him up as not getting past st louis in a worst case scenario at #6...i like michael floyd and feel hes a top 15 to top 20 talent but knowing our luck we'll take him at #8 and he'll get a dui draft night...his 3rd alcohol related offense in less than 2 years...just our luck

how do you trade marshall for peanuts like that and have nothing impact wise coming back at the position in free agency or whatever...i mean these guys put the i in incompetence

Extremely disappointed in this FO... This is a sad day indeed for this team. It seems as if other Miami players were pissed by the trade. Makes absolute no sense. A top 5 Beast of a receiver for two 3rd round picks?! Only an idiot would accept to this trade.. I'm embarrassed for our fan base.. It looks like we're back to square one fellas, we have no number 1 receiver

I do not understand for the life of me why we do all this stuff and we just sit with our thumbs up our asses while Peyton Manning holds us hostage..just because we are waiting on him, it doesn't mean we cannot IMPROVE our team...what a novel concept huh??

WRs are a dime a dozen

If thats true then how come we havent been able to find a good one other marshall since...... Chambers? nm he was a second tier guy, McDuffie or Friar maybe? Have we really had a stud reciever since the Marks brothers?
I wouldnt say an all pro reciever is a dime a dozen or else we would have been had a dominant reciever since 1992 when Clayton and Duper left. 20 years to find something that is a dime a dozen?
