Wanting us to lose every game? Whatever happened to being respectable? I hear the cries for Andrew Luck but what are you guys thinking, that we are going to tank two seasons in a row for him? He doesnt have to come out this year and if he doesnt want to play for Miami he can easily stay another year. His comment was best said, "I wouldn't want to play for fans like that." We'll I agree with him 100% and not to mention he is a college quarterback just like Ryan Leaf and Jamarcus Russell were.
 
You're right, Id rather keep the worst coach in history & lose out for the rest of my life, thank you for opening my eyes!

As a long time fan myself I never imagined the franchise being the laughing stock of the entire NFL. Yes...even worse than the Bungles,Lions & Browns.
Remember when the Cowboys would waver from Championships to laughing stock every 4-5 years? Well...We are stuck at the laughing stock level.

Academically, Andrew Luck is a Senior. Good "luck" to Mr. Luck going back to STANFORD and finding a one-year graduate program lol.

Laughable! What kind of fan wants his team to win a few meaningless games and finish with a 6-10 record? That most certainly isn't respectable it is just mediocre! This team has a shot at a true franchise QB and a chance to end over a decade of futility! Us real fans can see that!
 
Yeah man he's going to complete all his graduate coursework at Stanford in ONE YEAR while playing football and write his thesis in that time.
 
I understand your position because I feel the same way. I go into each game hoping we will win.
Unfortunately, the team doesn't have all the moving parts to win games.
The coaches and Ireland built this team and will pay the price for the failure of the last 2 years.
I will keep rooting for them, but I watch the same story line play out each week.
 
BTW, even if we don't get Luck, picking top 3 at least assures us that one of the other good QB prospects will be there for us. I'm not even on the "Suck for Luck" bandwagon. I'm on the Suck for Barkley bandwagon at this point. Tempered expectations, man.
 
Look, nobody wants to suck for luck...but this might be the only thing this team is good at.

For the first 10-15 minutes of last nights game I'm thinking I recognize this defence and the special teams are making plays. The O was a little off but running game looked to have potential.

Then what happened...for no apparent reason they stunk. Marshall can't land one of 3 TD plays. Hartline can't make a catch, Clay can't make a play, Moore can't see players wide open, Bess absent from game plan. Refs miss some calls. These things happen to very bad teams. Our opponents don't have to do one dame thing!

So hopefully, in order to get these things addressed, we will have a new coach/GM and QB...and it will Suck if it's not LUCK!
 
The Dolphins suck whether we want them to or not, it just hurts to hope that they are gonna win; so, why not?
 
Respectable went out the window halfway through the Browns game.
