I’ve been wanting to say this for years. That whole fallacy that MIA chooses to wear the white uniform tops in order to force the visitor to wear dark tops, hence a more heat absorbing color which will tire them out quicker can be tossed. I can’t remember a game in the last 25 years where a team or announcer stated, “yeah those dark uniforms really wore us down.”

Dead wrong.

Most notably we beat Brady and NE so bad in a recent week 1 game Kraft demanded that the league never schedule them early in the season in Miami again.

Another honorable mention is when Gruden was on his first stint with the Raiders and we played them at home early. Trace Armstrong had just left via free agency and Fiedler ran in the game winner. Those Black Raiders jerseys were white by the end of it.

When Ross initially purchased the team he wanted the games to be like a "party" and requested home 4 o clock early games.

What an idiot, must not have had a real football mind he could trust at the time.

He was quickly corrected in this horrible strategy.

It matters, A LOT, but when you have a team who can't run the ball or stop the run it matters much less.
