Miami does not adjust their offense after the first drive when the defense adjusts.

Not sure that's true. I just think they come out with a script of plays that have built in mis-direction and build off each other, and then once those are used up they just run basic plays which this offense doesn't have the horses to line up man for man against most NFL opponents and beat them.
