I think a lot of it is on the play call. If you see that play with Chase he gets the ball on the move with plenty of space. We usually get it to Waddle on the sideline so he really has one direction to go and it's much harder to make someone miss. Plus a lot of time he isn't even moving when he catches the ball

The Bengals are probably getting Chase into space better but there has been ample chance for Waddle in space it's the only thing we've been able to scheme up all year though almost always coming out of a half or at the start of a game.
