Elite QB? Yes. Their OL was manhandled last week by Pittsburgh. Their game is AFC championship at best.

Most of the guys who have become consistent good QB's in this league aren't the guys who were drafted into completely inept organizations and turned them around single-handedly, they were guys who were drafted into organizations that at least had something good to build on.
