It’s like the Dolphins coaches are stuck in a time warp. Every other offense in the NFL manages to scheme open receivers. Rubs, legal picks, etc.

Agree, but draft criticisms are too frequent in general.
If you can't develop your talent, it doesnt matter how many high round picks you have. You can't just keep draft 5 new OL every season and think that is the way to success. You've got to develop continuity and allow for players to get better.
