What has the offensive staff done in three years to enable success?

The only time this offense has looked good under Flores was when the playbook was just Fitz drop back, throw a jump ball to Parker or Gesicki. That's it.

We are talking about this game. No game plan will work when individual players are not doing their job. Who knows what the original game plan was before Tua got hurt, but it all starts with execution. Our guys are losing their one on one battles.

First round picks Austin Jackson and iggy are bust. Grier and company setting us back more years. I’m hoping Tua can be successful but he’s no superstar. Grier and Flores not looking good at all.
