Manning cost his team a TD there. He threw it to Wayne but Stokely was WIDE OPEN 2 yards from the endzone on the left side of the field. Nobody was near him.

Manning's responsible for Indy not having the lead at the half in this one...
 
The refs are responsible for Indy not having the lead NOT Manning.
Its because of Manning that they're still in the game.
