he didnt even try and knock it down...but if that was chambers out there...i think he would have had it

I agree. I real game plan would be helpful to both QBs....I think....
 
Easy on Gus. He is still getting used to the recievers. He over shot a couple times. Its not like he is throwing Ints against the 2nd/3rd string.
 
On a positive note, Josh Shaw has made noise two straight weeks now. Jason Glenn is also threatening to win a LB job.

so In your opinion

Did the WR not break stride stop and jump rather then coninuing to run through the play and jump to catch the ball?

He played that pass completely like a hail Mary rather then a line drive deep pass.
 
Unfortunatly it looks like Frerotte will win this battle by default. Not what I wanted to happen by a longshot.....I was hoping they would both look good and it would be a tough decision.....Now it looks like a shoulder shrug and a checkmark next to Gus's name....Sh*t.
