1. Clay is in a good position to negotiate and he should be patient.
2. His patience to receive an offer from buffalo has no bearing on his interest or lack of in Miami. Just order of operations.
3. Dolphins would be foolish to offer first because they could potentially underbid and lose out or negotiate against ghosts and overbid.

Let this play out and he gets an offer from buffalo and we match or let him go and buffalo overbids
