*** OFFICIAL MIAMI DOLPHINS @ TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS GAME THREAD *** Preseason WK1

I'm happy to see a rookie QB see the blown coverage and hit the guy downfield. At the same time, in preseason I've seen Bridgewater drop balls to covered guys in stride downfield on perfect throws in preseason (on other teams).

I like the way Thompson is playing, I see a guy playing similar to the way guys like Case Keenum and Trevor Simian played when trying to stake their claim. But Bridgewater is a good qb even if he's not great.
How dare you compare the next Tony Romo to keenum and simian

I was kind of expecting McDaniel to pump the guys up a little more on the sidelines, but so far he’s kind of just looked like he’s just trying to figure out all of the in-game duties of being a head coach.

Very true... Skylar slinging it to wide open WR - not the usual tight window with no seperation

Probably doesn’t want to get too pumped for preseason

He's shown some pocket presence, touch, and awareness, but yeah the tight window throws that are really needed from a regular qb haven't come up yet
