Whose 53 despite penalty he sees rb breaking clean and takes a deep angle to run him out .
Thompson played really nice in the first half and hasn't done nearly as well st going through the progressions and finding an outlet in the second half.
Hitting wide open receivers downfield doesn't begin to show the skills that a qb needs to get through a real game successfully.
He's shown some nice things, but he's gotta learn to hit a check down before he can supplant a front rate backup, or even be worth more than a practice squad spot.
