Pretty much anything that could be considered a positive from the coaching of Flores last year has disappeared. When you've screwed your team over by making some immensely bad major decisions, that's what happens.

Flores thinks he's much smarter than he actually is, and I think he rubs some players/coaches the wrong way. Guy hasn't proven shi*. Act accordingly.
