Whlie he isn’t THE issue with this team. He is certainly part of the issue. He is the highest paid player on the team and he needs to play better. The entire defense has taken a huge step backwards this season and Howard is no where close to the player he was last year.

He is the reason we have 1 win.

So the playbook has gone from being aggressive playcalling to nothing but flat routes. This feels kinda similar to how our OC's seem to be able to mount decent drives coming out of the gate and out the half, when given time to pre-meditate things, but don't do well in the flow of the game.
