Jones and Howard are two of the most overpaid overrated players in the league. That doesn't negate the fact that Flores defensive scheme sucks. Flores is a position coach at best. Ross needs to clean house and seriously hire someone who actually knows the NFL inside and out to hire his next GM and head coach. This season has been an absolute embarrassment. A slap in the face to all those fans who have supported the team.
