In terms of the line dropping down to 8 (think it started at 11 1/2), I think the 11 1/2 point was bloated. At 11 1/2, I would have laid money on the Pats.

FWIW, Miami is 6-0 ATS in the last six meetings with New England.

My guess: Miami did a little bit of look in the time that after Achane and Brooks were injured and prior to Wilson being on the active roster. Simply says 'poked around', doesn't say when.

Yes and no. Yes, they are stupid, but in this situation, they may not have much choice. Years ago shortly after the Jagwads entered the league, I called to complain when the Dolphins were not on TV. I was told by a person at our local CBS station that by contract, Orlando is the secondary market for the Jags and if the Dolphins and Jags are playing simultaneously AND the Jags game is away, they have to broadcast the Jags. Yes, I am still pissed about it and can't believe the league basically gave Orlando to the Jags over the Dolphins! That doesn't explain why it is on in Tampa though. They are a different CBS affiliate. I did say they were stupid, right? LOL!

Anyway. Go Dolphins! Looking forward to a great game and another dub!!

That said, the local Cbs affiliate here is showing Jville & putzburgh .... yawn. Looks like I'll be occasionally tuning in to the cowgirls & lambs when I need a break from reading.

Last week Mac played a relatively mistake free game and the defense did enough to fluster Allen for most of the day. And it was enough for them to win. I would hope our offense is a little harder to frustrate early but BB still knows how to put together a game plan and I don’t expect easy sledding. On defense we’ve got to frustrate them into being the mistake prone offense we saw the first month of the season. That’ll be a lot easier if we can get a lead early. I do think we’ll win I just don’t ever take anything for granted against the Cheats.
