How do we teach 2 centers how to snap differently when neither one was a Center before last year?

Considering Williams has had 20+ games there now, I think his snaps are what they are going to be at this point.

I don’t think it’s teaching. To me, it seems like Eich’s snaps have a little less zip on them, in how quickly they get to Tua in the gun. Every millisecond counts.
