Browner was a CB at Oregon State. They played a lot of man to man coverage and he was good at pressing receivers. He is also a huge dude 6'3 221. Slow, but he has quick bursts and can stop the run with hard hits.

He would be a good FS I believe. I defer to the almighty Saban though.

True but we have both Bowens and Chester health, still have Zgnonina and have added both Cater and Holliday. Att can play DT.
Not to say Hawthorne would be a bad pick. I would be happy with him as great value (piss tests every day).
